Virtual Agriland
Over 30 year ago, several agriculture organizations joined efforts to provide education about Kansas agriculture to attendees of the Kansas State Fair through interactive, hands-on activities. When the fair was canceled in 2020, Agriland partners developed Virtual Agriland to continue to fulfill its mission -- to educate any school age students and their parents of the significance agriculture plays in our everyday lives, emphasizing where our food and fiber comes from and the best practices farmers implement for their land and animals each day. Virtual Agriland has become an opportunity for visitors throughout the state to learn more about Kansas Agriculture all year round. Interest in Virtual Agriland has encouraged an expansion of this project. Resouces will be updated as they are created.
