Dianne Paukstelis, Executive Director
Dianne joined KFAC in May 2019 and brings more than 20 years of fundraising and non-profit experience in a variety of senior leadership roles. She holds a BA in Communications from The University of Kansas with certifications in fundraising and non-profit management. She has developed nationally award-winning programs for both higher education and grade school students.
Most recently, Dianne served as the Program Coordinator for University Engineering Alliance (UEA), a consortium of eight universities collaboratively offering online coursework in nuclear engineering. Under her leadership, the UEA organized an annual engineering summit engaging both university and industry representatives to address future workforce issues. Prior to her time at with the UEA, Dianne served as the Executive Director for United Way of Riley County and guided the organization through a successful operational model transition while expanding revenue streams to include planned giving and foundation giving. She founded the K-State Student United Way which quickly expanded to over 40 members and won national awards for community involvement and fundraising.
Briana Jacobus, Communications and Marketing Director
Briana is a 2015 graduate of Kansas State University where she majored in Agricultural Communications and Journalism with minors in Leadership Studies and Agricultural Economics. Briana focuses her efforts on the communications and marketing avenues for KFAC, as well as assists with educational trainings and office management. Briana lives in Manhattan with her mini Aussie, Rhett. She is very active in the 4-H Shooting Sports program and an advisor for Sigma Alpha Professional Agricultural Sorority.
