KFAC Post Card Art Contest

The 2013 Post Card Art Contest, sponsored by KFAC and Kansas State University College of Agriculture, is underway. The theme for this year is “Kansas Farmers Help Feed the World” which celebrates Kansas' impact on ensuring healthy, safe and affordable food for all.
One winner from each grade level (K-6) and one grand prize winner will be selected, and each winner will receive a cash prize. Each winner, teacher and parent/guardian will also be invited to the Awards Program during the State Ag Day celebration. Entries will be judged on relevance to theme, creativity, originality, use of space and color, and clarity of idea and image.

Entries must be sent to the KFAC office and be postmarked by February 1, 2013.
Post Card Art Rules
1. The contest is open to all Kansas K-6 students.
2. Only one entry per student and the entry must be the sole work of the student.
3. Artwork must be submitted on the official entry form and fit the page.
4. Copies of the entry form may be made for each student's entry.
5. Entries will become the property of KFAC.
6. Winning entries will be reproduced for distribution.
Horizontal post card designs are preferred.
