Cathy has served as the Executive Director of the Foundation since February 2006. A Kansas native, Cathy grew up on a purebred cattle ranch and dry land crop farm in Ellis County. She holds an associate’s degree in cow/calf management from Colby Community College, a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from Kansas State University, and a master’s degree in adult education, also from Kansas State University. Prior to becoming the KFAC Executive Director, Cathy served as a Cooperative Extension educator in Wallace, Finney, Douglas and Gove counties; worked with Heartland Cattle Company in heifer development; and was a beef cattle artificial insemination and market animal ultrasound technician with Oakley Veterinary Service. Through her professional career, Cathy has been involved in several leadership and volunteer groups, including Kansas Agriculture and Rural Leadership (KARL) and Kansas Agri-Women.
Communications and Marketing Director
Briana is a 2015 graduate of Kansas State University where she majored in Agricultural Communications and Journalism with minors in Leadership Studies and Agricultural Economics. Briana focuses her efforts on the communications and marketing avenues for KFAC, as well as assists with educational trainings and office management. Briana lives in Manhattan with her mini Aussie, Rhett. She is very active in the 4-H Shooting Sports program where she manages competitions statewide.
Kaydie is currently a sophomore majoring in Agricultural Education at Kansas State University. She will be working on updating and developing lesson plans and other educational resources. She is originally from Humphrey, Nebraska where she grew up on her family’s farm and was very active in 4-H and youth education.

Bryanna is currently a senior majoring in Agricultural Communications and Journalism at Kansas State University. She will be working with our database as well as assisting in developing communications and marketing materials. She is originally from Marysville, Kansas.
